4. Self control! Every time you resist successfully you develop more self control.
5. Journaling. Keep a diary of all the food, exercise, thoughts and feelings. It will increase your self awareness.
6. Assertiveness. Learn to say NO.
7. Introspection. Self awareness is foundation of real long lasting change.
