Accountability in weight loss

When I asked my clients to give me feedback on Nutrifit’s services and what they found most beneficial, most of them replied:  DAILY MONITORING AND THE ACCOUNTABILITY FACTOR.

Accountability is one of the most important factors in losing weight. When you have to report to someone else, when you feel a level of pressure, it tends to change how you think and act.  Just writing down everything you eat is powerful, but letting someone else look at it takes it to another level. Logging needs to be taken seriously and done daily, consistency is the key. When you do it every day it keeps you accountable and facilitates better decision making, and increases odds of success dramatically.

When I started Nutrifit I used to see clients weekly, weigh them, check their diary and discuss any future changes and plans. It worked well, success rate was 60% and I was pleased. But when I changed my service to the e-coaching system, it gave me the opportunity to rather do daily logging and monitoring, and programs success rate shot up to unbelievable 90%!

It is clear; accountability is an amazing motivational force and combined with daily support and customized recipes and menus, is the main ingredient of the Nutrifit program’s success.
